Great rate for stickers, when I showed up to order them and pick them up they were not open when their hours show 10am and on the web it says 11am. They need to adjust their hours to stop the confusion.

Came here to print 1000 business cards under a promotion they were running. I initially wanted it by a specific date, but they were unable to promise that, which is understandable for a small print shop. They gave me a more realistic date a few days later and I agreed. When the second date came up, I called in to check and the cards still weren't ready. Hmm, I kinda need the cards quickly because I'm planning to meet up with my client and it's unprofessional to promise a date and keep having to make excuses, as it makes me look incompetent, but sure. I explain the issue to my client and he understands.I called in AGAIN, a few days later and they were still not ready, but to make up for it, they rushed out 200 low quality cards for free, which was a decent gesture because I was able to meet up with my client that day and hand him those for his needs temporarily.After that, I told them to just let me know when the rest of the cards came in.Days go by and I hear nothing...Many days later I eventually called in to check, and it turns out my cards were done and ready all along, they just forgot to notify me. Lol?Not sure exactly what happened there but the poor communication and lack of follow-through killed any future business from me. 3 stars for friendly front desk lady and the consideration to rush out 200 cards to make up for the delays, but they have a few things they need to improve on as a business.Maybe it was a bad time for them, I don't know (they seemed busy), but that's my honest experience.---UPDATE: Changed my review to a 1 star because of terrible customer service and lack of follow-through. They are not a serious business.

I recently contacted this print shop the personal answer the phone did not provide customer service as to what products they provided. The person proceeded to tell me that they were at a new location even after I asked them twice do you print stickers. And when I went to ask him again the person hung up. I called back and they just did not answer. Before I even started to try to do business with the person hung up the phone on me I will make sure to tell all my friends and people never to do business with this company. The customer services garbage and I would imagine their work is even worse. I don't recommend this place for anyone to tell all my friends friends.

They do not have a fast turn around time, communication is poor and customer service needs improvement. The quality of the work is good so I'll give them another chance.

Let me start off by saying that I barely give reviews but this is well deserved.Bolt Stickers was with me every step of the way to turn what I envisioned into reality ! I am very detail oriented and was very persistent on what I wanted from my labels/stickers and they delivered ! I dont do reviews. But here is my 1st.Made several sticker orders for my new window testing equipment (wte)company and also made full payment. I specifically asked "will it be done by friday", and made it clear. Both of the women at desk stated it will be done by wed. I said ok. Thursday comes, i call, and take a guess....the stickeres were not done. So now were screwed for a buisness trip with no logo on our equipment. .......smfh.

Super helpful staff, affordable price, amazing turnaround. They produced a high quality vinyl sticker for a product prototype. Would highly recommend using this printer!

Fast, friendly and very affordable. The vinyl sticker quality is a lot more durable than I imagined it would be for the price. Highly recommend — I believe it was Nas who helped me and she has a sharp eye for design.

Bolt Stickers by far provided the greatest service I have received as a new customer. Their professionalism as well as their expertise was greatly appreciated. I plan on being a regular customer. The prices are very affordable, the quality of work is outstanding, and atmosphere is very relaxed. Come check them out.
