Patrice the receptionist was EXCEPTIONALLY WARM, inviting and extremely helpful to me. She made a challenging time much easier to manage!! I am so happy I met her! My tax preparer was so warm, calm , knowledgeable, patient and also pleasant. I hope to be lucky enough to see her again next year!
