I was at this location Sunday First of all, I hope the management of this location and the company these dates with you I’ve been a member of blink now for almost 2 years And this was the first time this happened to me so disrespectful I finished working out and I was eating a sandwich at the table I want to go through the container in the garbage, and one of the associates from the gym, jumped off the treadmill, and tried to approach me in a very violent, aggressive manner When I asked him why did he do that? He said he thought I came in off the street. But if he was at the front desk doing his job instead of being on the treadmill, he would’ve seen that I had already scanned my ID a long time ago worked out and was eating something at the table. He didn’t see because he wasn’t doing his job at the treadmill Then jumping off the treadmill and approaching a paying customer that’s been there for two years and aggressive manner is unacceptable whoever the manager of this gym is he or she should take action against this person.??????????????????????

I’ve been a member at this location for the last couple years and although the space is nice - machines are routinely broken for weeks despite the gym being overcrowded so clearly it’s not a matter of funds but complacency in fixing the equipment. It’s also routinely hot during the summer despite wearing shorts and a tee shirt.
Would be also be really nice to have a third squat rack instead of a broken assisted dip machine. A lot of the machines are also spaced too close to one another, almost on the verge of hitting the person next to me. I’ve been debating switching to Crunch for a while and am seriously considering it if these things don’t get addressed.

I didn’t know that when you cancel your membership blink charge extra $60 which make no sense. Not very impressed with the gym either.

I have been with Blink for 6 years. Do not join! They are attempting to send me to collections over a $5.05 charge that was THEIR error. Corporate doesn’t handle this and the managers here are incredibly unresponsive and place the blame on their long term customers.
Due to a clerical error confirmed by corporate, they closed my grandfathered account. I have called (and visited) for 3 weeks and spoken to 3 managers and none of them have even bothered to call/email/follow up once. By the way, they have been letting me in without any mention of my account being closed.
Once again, Blink is sending me to collections over a $5.05 balance ERROR when I’ve had a card on file this whole time. In fact, Jasmine the regional manager asked if I had it in writing from corporate that they had to address the incorrect balance that is going to collections! INSANE. They have repeatedly blamed me for their own failures including signing an EFT form (that staff is supposed to have you sign) and that’s the kick off for all this. On top of this they have yet to provide a solution that does not involve me paying more for a new membership as mine (gray- a lower rate) no longer exists.
They have left a superbly disgusting taste in my mouth and I am baffled that this is how they have decided to run a company. After 6 years I think I’m done. Oh yeah, I just paid annual fees in February for a closed account so I’m out that too. I’ll be continuing contacting them multiple times a day until these issues are addressed!
PS. Staff has always been very kind to me up until this point but I was hung up on at 8:30 am by a young woman when frustratedly trying to explain this situation. The next person, Kevin, profusely apologized but WOW.

It’s in a basement, they have spray and paper towels not wipes & they never have hand sanitizer in the holders. Funnily enough, I joined a more expensive gym last month because I dreaded going to this location. Now if only they would address the issues they’ve caused me so I can rid myself of this location forever.

I appreciate this Blink and its location. It is accessible from various public transportation options.
The staff is welcoming and encouraging to all who walks in.
Working out is new for me and all of the above keeps me consistent.
Casilo is highly recommended for personal training.

it’s kind of insane how entitled people feel to work on a rack for AGES even when there is a line of people waiting to use them. staff needs to do something about this — you spend 50% of your time in the gym waiting. i have things to do and places to see!
not enough racks, terrible wifi, a couple isolation machines missing here that are present in other blinks. generally not a vibe, but there just aren’t many other options locally (as far as i’m aware)

STAY Away!!!!!! I decided to go in person last month to get all the necessary information I need to know for signing up choose the blue because of course I did not want commitments. I went like maybe 2 or 3 times got sick and did not return only to see I was billed for the following month so I was chilled with that even though I had not been going.
Then a week later $62 was charged to my account?gave them a call the lady asked me just now did you sign up online I assume she was insinuating that base on the fact I signed up online I was not told that they charged a annual fee for maintenance.
When I told her I sign up in person she was dumb.
Why was this annual fee disclosed to me when I specifically told the guy I want no commitment hence why I choose the blue . Now I am charged for something I’m not even using this is so rude not disrespectful removing monies from my account with out my Knowledge worst in a time when I’m sick and not working.

Worked out here for a year and The people who work there are always as helpful as they can be! But it’s a subpar gym with so many extra payment policies. Be kind to yourself and just pay the extra $ for a better gym.

Fine if you only want to do cardio. But there are only 2 racks and members have no qualms using them for 30 straight minutes. You can lose your chance to workout waiting in endless lines.
