Here is a review of the BJs store in simple words:
I am very happy with my purchases at BJs! Prices are always low here, especially if you buy in large packages. The range of goods is simply huge - from food to household chemicals.
Shopping here is convenient and the stores are spacious. I also appreciate being able to order online - it saves time. The membership program provides additional discounts and exciting offers. Overall, BJs is a great place to get a great deal!

While shopping, I found mold on the supposed to be fresh raviolis. I complained and asked for a refund. They canceled my account but 23 days later still no refund.
I went back a day later and checked the section. I would have thought they would have discarded the whole section. No, they only took out the ones that were showing mold. DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY SELL SPOILED FOOD.

The butcher John N is really helpful. He always goes out of his way to help customers, even if he is busy. He cuts and trims meats very well and is always willing to go out of his way for customers and their needs to make sure they get what they’re looking for.

Today went to BJ and the Asian woman gave us some bad attitude just because we didn’t know how to use self check out machine. “yo”ur job is supposed to help customers not to show attitude.. after my BJ’s membership is over I’m done..never signing up here again..if BJ’s managers see this pls have ur workers to get more trained.

Today I was shopping ..it was horrible I asked for help at self checkout and an Asian lady was so rude to me saying that if you are canceling things you should take it back to the shelves . She needs more training. I like shopping at bjs but I don't like this to happen to me again

I've been shopping at BJS for ages .
But during my last visit to renew my yearly membership, the individual employee submitted a BJs credit card inquiry without my consent.
That cause my credit score to plunge down and almost mass up my credit.
I had to contact the three credit bureaux to straighten the issue up.
Some employees commit fraudulently fraudand that should be investigated. BJs employees have no right to ask customers for social security numbers in order to renew member ships .
So be aware of fraudulent .
Identities could be stolen by an individual employee working with BJs and, at the same time, connected with scamers outside of BJs circles.

They never have what you need 4 months out of Swiffer dry, never have shopping carts readily available always have to scavenge for one in the parking lot, people double park while exiting causing traffic, the amount of litter around the facility is ridiculous. They need to do better

I shop this club frequently, at times weekly or even daily depending on what's happening or if I have company visiting etc. The optical department is very friendly, I believe her name is Anna and there is also a gentleman there that always greets me as well. There is also a tall trinidadian guy who is always nice and helpful. For th most part however, the staff isn't always as friendly or helpful but I want to recognize the optical department as well as, the gentleman that's usually at self check out. Furthermore, I would like to recognize Richie, for his help and assistance and being so friendly. The other day I went in to buy garden soil and the bags were very low to the floor and he helped me out and placed it in the cart. At first when I went to ask for help I thought I'd have to come back with help but Richie definitely went out of his way to assist me and I'm so thankful for that because it went a long way! So shopping again at the bjs club today I saw Richie and I made sure to tell him hello but I just want to recognize his efforts and hard work and thought I'd leave this review to say a special thank you.

This store always has what I need. An the prices are not bad. Check for discount coupons. Place Is always clean. If I had any problems the clerks would help. Also Dawn is a great manager. Great people person. Always like shopping there.

Horrible. Eggs were mostly all cracked, the yogurt i got was expired and it didn’t show on tue box until i opened the product. Hire better people seriously. They dont restock like they should, weekends I found nothing everything was mostly empty!!!
