The owner tried to force me to spend $10 to utilize my debit card even though that is illegal and then refused my partial refund when i tried to return the item i did not want. He is unprofessional and money hungry. He is an angry man with a wicked demeanor. There is a hardware store across the street that allows you to swipe any amount. The workers in there are extremely personable, go there instead, i wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. If i could give zero stars I would. Will be contacting BBB to inform them of this businesses practices. He also charges the transaction fee to the costumer. Just terrible business practices

Great, hardware store for renters. Good hardware store for professionals. They have a excellent plumbing supply but really they focus on home and housewares. A great place to fulfill your needs in the kitchen get bulbs. Most importantly they take there keys seriously. A proper locksmith store. They also sharpen knives and scissors. This is a true neighborhood hardware store that everything you might need in your home.Total favorite of mine. Side Note: They sell reproduction medieval armor, chain mail and wildly dangerous knives. Five stars

I rarely ever leave reviews. But I do for things like this. The owner decides to make a race joke right in front of customers with no regard. An Asian customer asked him for a orange cutter. He cracks a laugh and says "no, only watermelon cutters", knowing damn well what neighborhood we are in. He had no watermelon cutters and this was the moment I knew what he was saying. I immediately walked out and let him know I'd never buy anything from here ever. I suggest you don't support this business.

Such a nice hardware store. It’s a family owned business with exceptional customer service. I met the owner, David, this morning. He made such an impression on me, even though this isn’t the closest hardware store to my house, I will be coming back. Thanks so much!
