Terrible customer service. Went to buy an item that’s in stock. Had to look for help over 10 minutes, referred to a line where I’ve spent another 25, to be told they’d be helping someone else first and I need to wait more. After a while, they looked at the item, said they have it and they’ll bring it right out for me. The guy went to look, didn’t find it. Then was standing around for another 20 minutes and when I asked if it’s coming said they can’t find it. I asked “but do you have it?” Response was: “if I’m telling you we don’t have it, we don’t have it. Four people were looking for it.” with the worst attitude. Like I’m not trying to buy something from them. As I was walking out, proceeded to yell in my back “we looked. we did our job.”
Unbelievably rude. I stay local and went to Best Buy to get the item same day. Apparently Best Buy doesn’t value customers. Have to switch to much faster online alternatives it seems.

I had a great experience at the Best Buy . The staff was friendly and helpful, and they had a lot of products in stock. I was looking for a new laptop, and they helped me find the best one for my son needs and budget. They also offered me a good deal on a warranty and some accessories. The checkout process was fast and easy. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs electronics or appliances.

Thank god for the blue shirt employees cause without them I would have walked out I spoke to a manager named Dey in a grey polo shirt. I asked for a product and immediately told me to order online and then I asked again because it says online it’s in the store he sent to the front of the store to get help. I was lucky enough to have Joesph help me by customer service and he immediately found the product for me without any issue. Promote Joesph and demote the manager Dey
