Owner ordered the parts then overcharged me for them nd added labor. I didn't even argue the price. I just paid it. Wasn't till after I did the research nd was so upset of the price of the parts. Always buy your Own Parts from now on I will do just that.Service: Steering & suspension repair

The worst service i’ve ever been. I trusted easy oil change but they failed it. I don’t recommend to go there, only if you want to get your car broken and dirty“Master” doesn’t know how to check oil level and master filled all oil that i gave to master, and now engine is overfilled with oil, master checks oil level using dirty rag immediately after pouring not waiting for oil comes down to crankcase. When i check oil level it was more than maximum but master said it’s okay? i hope nobody’s car will hurt in this auto shop.

Used to be a decent spot with affordable repair work. Now they claim to not be able to change drive axles, transfer case actuators or repair emergency brakes. All of which they have done in the past for me or people I know. Not sure what's up with this place but avoid it if you want to change a drive axle, repair an ebrake or do any work on your transmission big or small.

came in for New York State car inspection 20 minutes inspection and finally checked windshield wipers and it was like new but they failed me claiming I need to buy from them new ones I have it all on video showing the glass clear as Chrystal they didn't give me a failed receipt just asked me either buy new from them or leave the shop, I left and drove one block to auto zone and the guy told me my wipers are 100% fine. Then drove one more block and got my inspection done at another shop showing them my perfect wipers.

Took my car in for a standard inspection. Car is a 2018 model and in good shape. I had actually just had the same car inspected by the dealer, because the "check engine" light was showing -- and the dealer passed it, but told me I needed to take it out for a drive-cycle (100 miles or so, including time on highway) after they reset the "check engine" light, just to make sure it didn't come back on, before it could pass inspection. I did this, and was planning to take it back to same dealer for the re-inspection, but the wait-time for an appointment was going to be longer, so I took it to this place instead. The service here was relative quick, which I appreciated. And the car passed inspection. That said the mechanic told me I needed new windshield wipers -- which I'm pretty sure they just totally made up, in order to charge me for something extra. I've had zero issues with the windshield wipers -- not even anything minor -- and when I pressed a bit on this, the mechanic gave me a little bit of a smirk and said "well it won't pass inspection unless you get new wipers." And they charged me $15 each for two wipers, roughly doubling the cost of the inspection. But it was also a charge at exactly the level where it didn't make any sense for me to go get the car inspected elsewhere. I can't say 100% for sure that this diagnosis was fake, but it sure felt like it, and I left a little frustrated.
