I've been going to this office for 11 years. BUT NO LONGER. I don't know what happened to Dr. Zawee, but the new ownership is corporate and they are price gouging. $99. for 2 boxes of Clavamox and I don't even know yet if my cat has a UTI?!
This Vet is more expensive that AMC which has the best Vets around. This corporate entity bought out this clinic in a working class neighborhood and is completely gouging people who are trying to take care of their pets.
And to top it off, the woman working at the front desk has no customer skills. Beyond that- taking it personally that they work in someplace that has ridiculously raised the prices. If you're at the front desk- You're the face of the company at that point and it's your job to deal with the people coming in. And yes, even if they're complaining about the price. (btw, I work at a drs office. There are ways to deal with complaints and they don't include not listening, being defensive and not letting people say anything.)
I won't go back. I might have sucked it up about the pricing cause it's convenient, but the lovely person working at the front desk sealed the deal for me.

Love this vet; have been taking our cat there for three or four years now, and couldn't be happier with them. They care, and they can usually get us in with very short notice. They've helped us both with our cat, as well as getting necessary documents to our cat's insurance company. 10/10 would recommend this vet practice!

Charged $45 for a 5 minute nail clip. My mom’s vet charges $10. I could have got my dog fully groomed for $60. Done with this place

This place's business practice is sketchy. Be cautious. Back in December 2023, I brought my dog in for bloodwork to see Dr. Rosado. Recommended Movoflex supplement. Around April or May of 2024, I went in to buy more movoflex, and the front desk tried to guilt me into getting new yearly vaccines, insinuating it is illegal without it. I did not appreciate the scare tactic. I told her no thanks and bought the Movoflex. I went again today, Sep 2024, to buy Movoflex. This time front desk is saying they can't sell me Movoflex because I haven't seen the doctor in so long. It's been only 9 months, NINE MONTHS. They won't sell me the Movoflex without scheduling to see doctor first and getting "prescription". These supplements don't require prescription. They sell Movoflex for $70-75 at the vet. Online at Chewy they sell it for $55-$60. I been going here for years when it was under Zawie, and I like supporting local business even if it charges more. Today, I took my business online. Between the scare tactics and trying to push extra vet visits, they have lost my trust. They need to do better.

I had a fantastic experience at the vet today! They did an amazing job with my dogs vaccines full check up and nail trimming. The staff is extremely professional and clearly loves their patients like their own. I enjoyed my time there. Highly recommend.

I currently bring all 3 of my dogs here. The prices are reasonable and the staff is polite, respectful and compassionate. The vet knows his stuff lol. I highly recommend this place for your furbabies. My dog hurt his back bad and they helped him. Thank you BVG.

Watch out the price and make sure you have a fat wallet before you walk in the clinic. One of the male assistant was extremely rude as soon as we walked in. If you don’t have the passion for what you do, leave your job.
Also, they were overpriced with everything. The first visit was $693 and the second was $126 with a two minutes discussion my dog’s skin condition. Please be aware neighbors.

Second, the first visit was $693 and $126 the second time when the vet only spent two minutes in the room with me to discuss my dog’s condition. I really want to say, if you don’t have passion for doing your job, leave! Pet owners in this neighborhood please be aware of the price before you go in.
