Great shop. I had been searching for a watch repair shop for a long time. I came upon Bella and saw the positive reviews. They were right! Andre was personable and they are an authorized Citizen repair shop. Work was done in a timely manner. Perfect! I had a bracelet that was more a sentimental piece than anything. It had broken in half. Andre returned it looking brand new.I trust him and will be a Bella customer for years to come.

I’m always real effy about jewelry stores but this particular one was great energy from the get. Andre’s customer service was prompt, professional and kind. I didn’t feel rushed. He answered all my questions, Made suggestions and allowed me to pick the perfect custom anklet for my fiancé anniversary. Great prices. Great service. After shopping around at a few local stores in our area we decided upon Bella Jewelry. They were not pushy like some of the other places and they were extremely personable. We had my wedding ring and earrings for my mother and mother-in-law commissioned from Sam and Bella Jewelry. It took some time (about a month and some change) but it was WELL worth the wait.Everyone was so pleasant and sweet and the product was worth it. They were EXACTLY what we asked for and I couldn't have been more pleased with the result. Thank you!

The owner was so helpful when I took a ring in to resize and he found out that the ring I had bought elsewhere was falsely advertised. He explained everything to me patiently and I got such a good feeling from him that I ended up coming back and buying a new ring, which he resized on the spot.
