Worst real-estate company in nyc Yuda and his partner Eric and extremely unprofessional and discriminated against my intellectually disabled son that was renting from them calling him a "crackhead" giant rats crawling all over the apartments and toxic mold would not recommend also they lie to the property management and owners about who's staying in the apartments and pocket the cash for themselves

I was extremely disappointed of the lack of Communication. I scheduled a viewing and it was not until two hours prior to the viewing when I attempted to confirm that I was told that the unit had already been rented out. This shows lack of professionalism.

I’ve been living in one of their units for over 3 years. They’re very responsive to issues and treat their tenants with kindness and respect. The online portal also makes rent payment a breeze. Would definitely recommend them!

Apartment shopping isn't easy, especially when you are planning a wedding as well, but Yuda made it super easy. He was kind and patient, explained all the details we needed to know, answered any questions we had, and kept in communication with any updates. Now my fiance and I have our first apartment together.
