Love this place to get my laser done. Natali is the best! She is a professional! Went twice to get my laser hair removal and results are amazing even after the first time. Will definitely come back to get my laser done by Natali. They have the best laser hair removal machine. Highly recommend!

I want to express my gratitude to the salon and the laser master Natalia, the service, quality, and communication was at a high level. The Candela laser is the best thing that could happen to my body, after the first procedure 85% of my hair fell out, I have never had such a great result. I was there a couple of months ago and decided to write a review now because I want to share my experience. I booked an appointment with a top master for a regular manicure, which cost $70. It's been a few years since I stopped doing my nails. I prefer the natural look, and I needed a manicure for a special occasion. That's why I chose the top master (Lilia) assuming she would be professional and skilled. When you categorize your staff into top masters and regular masters, you are obligated to maintain those standards. She didn't offer me coffee and wasn't very friendly. Most importantly, she damaged my nail plate, causing my nails to look horrible as they grew out, which upsets me every time I see them. The manager, Olga, also needs to adjust her attitude and be nicer. She could handle things differently, as her attitude only added to my frustration. On a positive note, you can book an appointment for the same day.

Nicole does amazing job down but I’m pissed off that they made me pay in the middle of lash service, as if I wasn’t going to pay or something. The receptionist made me pay with tape and my eyes shut, she took the wallet out my purse and forced me to pay with my eyes closed. That is extremely inappropriate and insulting, I have been there before but never seen that receptionist. My lashes are gorgeous but the fact that I had to pay in the middle with my lashes still being done is unprofessional.
