Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff! The only pet store I’ve been to that offers in person support for pet issues. Plus all sales support the cat rescue charity hosted at the back of the store.

Great people with a cat "Cafe" to meet adoptable cats. Good Home Pet Adoptions which runs the cat rescue is a well run organization that takes good care of the cats and people who help them.

Wonderful neighborhood pet store where I get food and toys for my cats. I like that they’re open until 8 pm. It’s a friendly place! Also love their kitty adoption center and the work they do with homeless cats

Have had a lot of great experiences here. I recently bought a very well-received gift for a friend’s pup (rope alligator). And in the past I received helpful advice of how to find cat food that my very finicky kitty might enjoy (he settled on weruva pouches). Overall, seems like a winner of a store for both dog and cats!

This store is pretty cute and convenient (seeing as there aren't really any other pet stores in the area besides Whole Pets) on Fulton. Their prices are a bit above average, which is to be expected for the area. My real problem with this place is that the customer service is horrible. Every time I've been here the salesperson has not been helpful, ignored me, or just been plain rude. It's usually a young-ish blonde lady or an older lady. For example, I was once looking for a recovery cone and they were rude when I asked if they had the size of my dog. They never smile. It's weird. Anyways, this consistent behavior of rudeness will keep me from going there or giving them money.

Love this neighborhood spot. Adoption was smooth and helpful. The whole team provided so much information about our cats before we brought them home so we could prepare. Prices in store are reasonable and everything is well stocked. A weekly visit for us!
