Bay Ridge Subaru was a pleasure to deal with. I just bought my first Subaru from a private sale and my check engine light came on . Turns out it was my TCV and diagnostic and repair was fully covered under warranty. All the staff was kind and courteous and I will be going back for service in the future.

I recently brought my car for state inspection. No problem. The mechanic noticed that due to normal wear and tear, all 4 tires needed to be replaced. Michael explained to me the different kinds of tires I could choose from, which was very helpful. After I made a choice, Michael kept me updated about when the job would be done. I appreciated all the care and attention to detail at this service visit. Michael was both friendly and professional. My time in the comfortable waiting room was well spent.
