Please don’t come here, don’t lease don’t do anything and don’t let their smiles fool you, they don’t care about you. I came here a year ago to bring in my car to get something more affordable, long story short the amount I was told was not the same from what was said after all the paper work. Now I’m going through some financial issues and when I came to see what I can do, they couldn’t do anything nor tried to help in any way. Now I have to get my car repossessed because I can’t afford it anymore.They suck and are criminals for what they do. I’ll probably report them to the BBB. You guys are wrong, and should be ashamed. If you want a car, save up and just buy one used.

Elizabeth is incredibly helpful. She makes sure I get the best deals and I don’t have to spend to much time in the dealership. She handles most documents via email and text. Love my Honda.

Jaime was very honest and extremely helpful stayed and walked me through the whole process and was able to get me a great price 10/10 customer service. I went to a couple other dealerships and oh man these places don’t know what customer service is. Jaime was patient and helpful through the whole process thankfully I found him at Bay ridge Honda.
