Bay Diagnostics has the three qualities that make a business the best to patronize . Competent, reasonably priced, and honest. My wife brought our older Smart car and they were proactive in recommending repairs that needed to ensure the safety and reliability to use as a dependable car for commuting . Their customer service is second to none and we will use them for keeping our Smart car on the road. Many thanks to Mike and his crew for their work, bravo!!

Having just moved from California, I was worried about finding a good auto shop. Not only is Bay Diagnostics a great shop, they were able to refer me to another great shop for some body work I needed done on my vehicle. Seasonal tire storage is a huge bonus as well, making having safe tires a breeze. Vehicle is a 2023 Genesis, and they didn’t bat an eye at a Korean vehicle.

The service that i received at Bay Diagnostics was amazing. Everyone at the shop was very helpful with the knowledge of my vehicle and provided excellent service. I would truly recommend them and will return for my services for my car. A+ Mike and Nick was amazing.

Highly recommended!! I’m very particular about servicing my cars and been going to Bay Diagnostics for years: first with my BMW 5 series and now with my Porsche Macan S. Very reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Worth the trip to southern Brooklyn.
I’ll add that I now entrusted my daughter’s Audi A5 to Jordan and his team. Just an oil change and inspection for now but I would not want anyone else to work on my daughter’s car if/when more serious work is needed.

I had a BMW X5 with a broken air suspension compressor.
Came in and got a $200 diagnostics.
Got a quote for $3600, $2400 for 3 AFTERMARKET parts, compressor, solenoid and a relay, and $1000 for labor, + $200 initial diagnostics
Started looking for the same aftermarket parts #s on Amazon and bought them for $450.
After receiving the parts and bringing them to another shop, 2 out of 3 parts were not broken.
I'm returning unused parts to Amazon, bringing my final parts bill to under $250.
My labor bill was $160
I fixed my car for $410 instead $2400
If you care about your money, stay away from this place.
