We were trying to bring our 18 year old Dachshund Lila for end of life euthanasia for weeks, but just could not bring ourselves to do it. We would make an appointment, then cancel. Finally, William booked us for a Sunday, the last appointment for privacy. When we got there, William explained everything to us and was exceptionally kind and comforting. Dr. Lutanskiy gave her her first shot, along with a box of tissues for my wife and I. They gave us the room and gave Lila a dignified procedure and end of life.. This team made a difficult decision bearable and took such respectful care of our girl, we are grateful.

This review is not about Dr. Lutanskiy's medical expertise but rather his bedside manners, lack of compassion, and overall unpleasantness as a person. I was deeply affected by his demeanor while dealing with our dying cat, who had been his patient for three years. Dr. Lutanskiy refused to prescribe any medication after our cat had been seen by a specialist. When the specialist was unavailable for a week, Dr. Lutanskiy, with a poor attitude, refused our request for anti-diarrhea medication, stating that we had to deal with the specialist from now on. This is just one example of his manners—there were many more like that. I believe your pets deserve a better doctor and there are many of them out there—trust me on this.

This office is very nice! Doctor is professional and very straight to the point, he won’t give your pet unnecessary shots and explains everything what he is doing. And I also like his assistant, he calms down my cat during appointments and treats her very well❤️

If you're searching for a reliable, clean, trustworthy, and friendly veterinary clinic, look no further. I've been taking my animals to this clinic for many years, and to this day the service is nothing less than efficient. Dr Lutanskiy is caring, to the point, and all-around excellent at what he does. It's incredibly obvious that he genuinely cares for animals and is not money-hungry like other vets. His vet techs, specifically Daniel, are sweethearts. Thank you Bath Animal Hospital for helping us keep our animals healthy and always providing excellent service!

Took my new kitten here. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and the doctor is caring and knowledgeable. Wait time is short or none at all. My kitten got all her immunizations and was treated for minor problems she had. The vet always followed up and called the next day with her test results and treatment recommended. Never pushed any unnecessary procedures.

Dr. Lutanskiy and all of the assistants, tech, and staff are very helpful. I was not happy with the first vet we took our cat to when we adopted her and have been glad with the switch for more than 8 years.

Have been taking my baby there since he was approximately two years old, he is almost 8 now. Just got a new puppy and and will be taking him for his first appointment next week. Wonderful staff and great doctor.
