They are always open at saturdays from 10-2
But unfortunately they didnot opened bank today. So i have to go to other location to do my business. Big inconvenience!

Their stuff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. I came here with worth experience from another branch of BoFA, thanks to the front desk lady who warmly welcomed us and especially to Alla (from Kazakhstan)she was able to take us without an appointment and after listening carefully she solved our business account issue right away, Thank you Alla you are professional and wonderful person inside and out. Highly recommend this branch!

Super unprofessional stuff. They don’t even know how to deposit money order to personal account. Can’t believe! ??♂️ They made meeting about PLS money order and after 20 min finally they deposited it.

This is the worst bank that I have dealt with in 12 years of living in the USA... this bank will only follow its own interests, they are not interested in the interests of the client at all, 99% of the marks do not end in your favor, the last straw for me was what I put in ATM $150 to pay a credit card and the ATM ate the money without making payment, I called the bank, made a stamp, two weeks later I called to ask what was wrong with the stamp, they seemed to have never heard of it, I had a fight with them, a few days later I get a response that they didn’t find my money and therefore I won’t receive a refund, also from $5000 the card limit was changed to $500??♀️ this despite the fact that I had a normal amount of money on my debut card in their bank for many years which I practically didn’t touch and they didn’t pay me any interest for it... in a word, I went, withdrew all the money, closed the debit account and closed the credit card with them, it’s better to go to chese bank if you want to open a credit card or debit card

Customer Service is super poor! They don't know how to treat customers. They act very smart and make you feel that you are stupid and uneducated.The head of the Business Advantage Department, her name Galina, is a lack of nice attitude and good behavior with customers. Having knowledge is not enough to work in a bank!!!DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME TO COME HERE TO SOLVE YOUR BANKING PROBLEMS, ESPECIALLY WITH BUSINESS ACCOUNT!!!
