Hello . I went into the application to look at the opening hours of this branch, since I was going to go there today, but I was surprised by the average rating. Therefore, I decided to add a little my vision of the work of this branch. 8 years ago, I opened an account in this branch, the rating was more than 4.5. I came here especially from the other end of Brooklyn... And now. 3, with kopecks... It’s a shame if the company’s management sees this as a shortcoming of the team, and not completely other reasons. Perhaps the number of bank clients has increased, but in the branch everything is about the same. Hence the endless queues at the three unfortunate ATMs, and in the branch the waiting time has increased significantly. I live five blocks away, but I rent money either on Shipset Bay or Kings Highway) it would be funny if it weren’t so sad... But I’ll go there anyway, because the team’s rating doesn’t change.. Sorry for that I can’t single out anyone by name, I’m afraid of offending them by accident. I was convinced that this was unnecessary. If you turn to anyone, you will receive highly qualified assistance. This is my personal opinion, based on seemingly trifles, but which provide the basis for a general assessment of the work of the entire bank. When, a month after opening the account, and three months after moving to New York, I rented a house in Brighton, I contacted the branch about changing the address for billing on the card, And although it was twenty minutes before closing, and more visitors came, I was not sent home by the specialist who consulted me, citing the fact that if I had online banking, I could do it myself. During subsequent moves, I did just that, but then, for me, it was a mixture of quantum mechanics with the Habsburg family tree... Taking into account the peculiarities of the arrangement of the places where Canadian beavers live. It’s unclear, at first it’s pointless to search, and it’s scary. And at the same time, I couldn’t immediately remember the password. But, after calling the central office, answering questions confirming my identity, waiting for a free operator, and TD. The address has been changed... Perhaps insignificant to you, but for me it was the conviction that I had chosen the right bank. Because then I realized... No matter how much time there is, no matter how many people are waiting for me after me, they will not leave me alone with my problems, even petty ones. And next time they won’t try to quickly get rid of the visitor, hoping for a minute break. Sorry for the many words... with an average reading speed of 40 words per minute, you will fully read the above text, you... may be closer to the long-awaited window if you started reading only after standing in line at the ATM in this branch. ... Worst Bank of America in NYC, it’s always extremely crowded, staff is the absolute the opposite of helpful making up any rules that don’t apply to any other branches. Rude and unprofessional! Wish some American would work there to get things right but this is little Russia with the mentality of Cold War ! Stay away from there unless you Russian or want to waste your time.
