The person managing the front desk was so unhelpful. She just told me “you can’t withdraw your money!” after I came in person to find a solution. No recourse, no phone number. When I asked her if I can do it through the app since there is clearly an option to do the wire transfer on the BOA app she said “you can try?” — okay how about having someone walk me through it since I’m already at the bank? So I ended up just calling to have someone on the phone show me because people are too lazy here to be bothered.
Why even have a physical branch?

The assistant manger is so rude and have no manners, and the tellers have no clue on what to do and they have to to always her for help. The line is always long cause they’re slow and when you get to the tellers you always get disappointed on the everything!!

I spent a wonderful year here. Nice place. Nice people. Unfortunately, there are no Merrill staff who can speak Chinese. I have to find another one! So give it four stars!

Really unprofessional service I applied to credit card there but I’m waiting for a month my physical card I went there 3 times with appointment but I couldn’t talk with employee I don’t know why receptionist is explaining me how will be mail “there will be written your name and address” I wanted to talk with Ahmed because I applied with him not receptionist ) fffcck I’m not idiot and I know how will be mails just you’re wasting my time I don’t recommend this location go to another location if you can’t find another one just choose other banking company

Excellent service! Mohammad Hamsa took exceptional care of me and my need at the bank today. He made me feel very welcomed and every question I had was answered. He is very patient and warm. He made me feel like I mattered and banking no longer felt impersonal. You must hire more employees like Mohammad Hamsa in the future and I also want to ask Bank of America to give some kind of bonus to such employers please
