The wait here for a teller or any other live human is unbearable. On an average day you can expect to wait 20 min for the single teller at the branch.I’ve already changed most of my accounts to Chase and recommend either them or TD for your retail banking needs.

This is the first time I have come across employees like this, they behave very badly, they cannot answer well after keeping me waiting for 3 hours, they cannot handle it, they do not even explain it properly! too bad. They don't even deserve 1 star???They don't help at all. Why do you keep such employees there despite all these complaints?????
