Took me 20 minutes to get there, but was told that there are no tellers there I might come back later. I got back at 4:00 but the staff will not let me in. This place are horribly understaffed.

I drove 8miles to get to this branch on a Friday for a certified check. When I walk into the branch the staff said they can’t do the transaction due to the branch manager not available today and I have to wait until Tuesday. This is so frustrating and wasters my time on a busy day.
