BRAVO for most insane banking in NEGATIVE way. This week they put 5 day hold ON their OWN Bank of America Cashier's Check issued by this location. (Cashier check; the bank itself guarantees the funds from the bank's own account rather than your personal account. Since the bank stands behind the check, it is a safer form of payment than one coming from a personal bank account). P.s never ever I had received check or issued that didn't clear !!
Service representative from Bank of America STATED that any paper payment needs to be validated for potential fraud !!! Super, again BRAVO bank of america in 2024 needs 5 days to validate their own Offial check. Is this step back to 1924! And this is not to mention hand written check issued by business from regular checking which I understand needs verification was put on hold as well just coupe days before. BUT upon reaching out to payer they showed me screen shot of their checking account and check they issued me was processed on their end same day (also bank of america account) but bank of america took 5 days to release founds. Bank of America is becoming a Fraud.

I am a zelle customer and I under that bank of America is the over seeing of zelle or the CEO for zelle. I'm banking with a different institution but someone hacked my account and took out 3,000.00 dollars through zelle and no one wants to put my money back into my account. This is for everyone that's reading this zelle is not secure and they are not fair to their customers. Three thousand dollars is not three pennies and any telephone number that is given you cannot get a person to speak with Bank of America be more transparent with your customers if you're running ZELLE do better that that.

As a loyal BoFA member, I always value exceptional customer service. Special mention to Faiza for promptly taking care of my request upon entering the GreenPoint branch. Her assistance has simplified my life going forward. Faiza helped set up Apple Pay on my cell phone and gain access to my finances as I wait for a new debit card to arrive in the mail. Always ask for Faiza!

Wanted to talk about my existing accounts, had no appointment, but was told to wait. After about 25 min the person who was supposed to help me, comes out and sees me. She refuses to take me in because I had a service animal. I stated he was a service animal and was told they couldn't help me. After the wait, and after being told this I was in such a shock I left. Might consider switching banks too....

My experience was great. They were very friendly and helpful. I might like some corporate charges, but that’s is not in the branch’s hands. But at this branch, everyone was helpful, specifically Nancy Nunez, she was really helpful.

Ive had bank of america for about 5 years. I must say I love them. Especially Nancy. Shes my go to girl. The rest of the team is great but Nancy is the one I always go to or call whenever I am having a problem. Shes deserves to be recognized for her hard work. So sad i moved to Florida but I'll still contact her when I am having trouble. 10 stars for Nancy! xoxox

I've been a BofA customer for a long time. Even though this branch is a little farther from me than another, I always go to this one. The service is great and super friendly. Nancy Nuí±ez is my go to lady. Always helpful and patient.
