their behavior is not good. i am a international student basically i go to bank open a account .first off all the guy ask me i have a an appointment today and i said no.as per i know whenever we want to open an account then we don’t need to appointment but he say without appoint if i wait 30 minutes then he will open my account but after that he just take one by one not my one and talking with other people . i already wait 1:30 hours but he have no response.this black guy name is Jhuff. i hate his fack behavior.if i have enough time then i will must slap on him face.

Called and was told I could come in to be helped, only for the woman to tell me I need to schedule an appointment because they had too many people ahead of me. Why wasn’t this communicated when I called, I traveled over 45 minutes to this location just to be told to try another location 30 minutes away. When I got to that location best believe they told me the same thing…to schedule an appointment. BOA is trash, this location is terrible and the short fair skinned woman with glasses didn’t even make an attempt to try and assist me, she just shooed me away by saying they were about to close and they had a lot of people. Her dismissive and rude attitude was not it at all. Do better BOA because I’ll be back and I better not run into her or this same issue again.

Employees are rude and always have stank attitudes. Came in today and the older black lady with the bad eyebrows and super grown old acrylic set was throwing my money around, rolling her eyes, and making rude comments. She was VERY passive aggressive the entire time and it was uncomfortable. She didn’t even address me when I came up to her, didn’t give any type of instructions, nothing. I could tell she was judging me and annoyed. I was depositing a couple hundred in cash and she kept making the process take long because she was trying to prove a point by putting on hand sanitizer in between ever stack of 100…. Why not just wait until the end? If you know there are more you’re wasting time by doing each in between. She rolled her eyes every time too. I am a dancer and it was obvious she could tell and felt a way. She commented on how counting my money was going to take long and rolled her eyes AGAIN. She was huffing and puffing the whole time. Some of the 100s were over and she basically tossed the extra money back toward me. Then she claimed there was a roach in the money (my fault y’all have roaches) and started talking nasty to her coworker about me. I hope she seeks other employment, I do not think customer service suits her. Super nasty and rude.
