I went this shop to get my gold wedding ring fixed. They were very helpful and quick. They fixed the ring in just 5 minutes, polished and didn’t even charged me for anything. Other jewelry shops asked hundreds of dollars and wanted to keep the ring for weeks. They also fix watches and I will definitely get my watches fixed there. They were so nice, polite and most importantly honest.

Absolutely horrible experience, I was robbed by this store. Paid hundreds of dollars to have my wifes watch serviced. I was told it would be serviced and it would have a 6 month guarantee. 3 days after their "service" the watch began losing hours a day. When I tried to talk to them he told me I "didn't know what I was talking about" (he claimed the modern omega couldn't be hand wound, false. And told me the helium escape valve was to set the date, which is absolutely false) I asked 4 seperate times to check the mainspring as the watch was obviously losing amplitude very quickly. He refused. He also refused to refund the cost of my repair. I took the watch to a different jewler and guess what? It needed a new mainspring. They also forgot to re install 1 of the o rings. Look if you like getting ripped off on made in China sterling chains, go here, why not. If you care about your money or vaulables avoid them all cost. currently filing in small claims court.

Hector runs a local neighborhood jewelry store the old school way. He and his son conduct business like gentleman and I would consider going above and beyond. I'll explain;I wanted a particular pair of earrings for my wife's birthday. They reviewed their inventory and they did not have them at the store. He took my number and said he was going to their manufacture and get me a pair. Well later that night I received a text showing me a picture of the exact earrings I wanted. Mind you that was not a week later fit was the same day. I picked them up in time for my wife's birthday and she loved them.The price was reasonable and we will continue to frequent this store for any jewelry needs.

Excellent, friendly service and very reasonable prices. I took a vintage watch in to get the battery changed (turns out it was a wind-up - the more you know!) and a new wristband and the gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Had a good experience here. The owner, Hector, is a great guy who has been in the neighborhood a long time and charges fair, straightforward prices. He replaced the battery on my watch in 5 mins flat, while the guys at Mike’s on 5th and 9th wanted to charge me twice the price. Definitely recommend getting watches repaired here.

Came in to get watch battery replaced.$10 and he was able to do it in minutes.Also, just overall awesome guy. The guy is a builder and great with all sorts of tech - few people are more into that stuff than myself but Hector might be.Great guy to have in the neighborhood, highly recommend.
