Customer service is nice from one out of a few. I had a horrible experience there with one lady who refused to help. I won't be going back there again. Customer service is not the best there.

THE FOSTER AVE STORE IN BROOKLYN...THE LIGHT SKINNED GUYANESE NIGHT SHIFT MANAGER IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND HAS A DISGUTING ATTITUDE. IMAGINE SHE CUSSED A CUSTOMER INFRONT N OF D ENTIRE STORE. DROPPING F BOMBS. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND NEVER WORK IN ANY TYPE OF CUSTOMER CARE SETTINGS!

I purchased a Duralast battery for my car mid month Aug '23 and by Oct 17 '23, my battery died. On Oct 27 '23 the same thing, so I returned to Auto Zone to replace the battery. All the while my mechanic is telling me he has another customer who had to return 10 times to replace their battery because they won't refund your money. All said, yesterday, this second battery wouldn't start and I needed another boost. I'm lucky that the 3 times this happened I was at home. But twice it cost me loss of money. I went back to the same store today to ask for a refund or store credit. They would give me neither, knowing they are selling defective batteries. They have to be defective, because why else are they not working after only 1-2 months of use. I gave the associate a stern talking to and complaining about the defective batteries and stormed out claiming to never shop at auto zone again. I had to bite the bullet and go buy another hopefully better battery from Arch Auto. I pray this doesn't happen again especially while I'm out and about.
