They don’t have enough staff to help you to install the battery for free. They asked outside technician to help install it. And outside technician ask for extra money for installation. Please don’t go to this location. It very suck.

When I arrived intending to replace a battery that went dead in a commercial garage where I left the car for two weeks. I was told to open my hood and someone would be right out to check the battery. In about five minutes a sales rep came, tested the battery and assured me it was in good shape and no replacement was necessary. Since then it has been fine. Saved me $200.
