TLDR: Greedy Scum Alert! Unless you hate your car and your money -STAY AWAY! You'll end up needing a new car! These are the worst kind of crooks. They act all nice while they destroy your car and wallet. You come for simple things, inspection or oil change and then oh you need rotors or brake pads too and add some other random part now its 500, 800 instead. Oh no surprise they found something else. Oh and it happened again! I only caught on after going there three times, and I heard them say some version of this to literally every single person that came in while waiting for my car which took all day each time. Mind you this is all in three months-First went for leaking a/c -$400 ok then went back for oil change-he said oh your brake pads are worn down. Makes sense- saved money went back another $450 and then solenoid, then it was rotors, then calipers, another $580 can only afford a piece at a time right now and then simple inspection - I fully expected to pass- then O2 sensors. They ran the test said it was the gas maybe put premium gas and come back, should be fine. They will take your inspection sticker off before they check anything and then break stuff on your car that rarely if ever breaks and now you can't leave until you fix it- like when i came back a week later for the O2 sensors- now the $800 exhaust system-that they just broke .They only ran the test after they told me. I asked to see it and there was none from before they got my car on the lift? Then they will say oh you know the salt it gets in everything as their answer to everything they have found wrong. Even though it was summer and fall... That's when I had it! I'll never go back and I'll give them dirty looks and tell any people I see there what they're doing there whenever I have to pass by. They will fix one thing while they break four more. I'm so sad I went to this place. I love my car. I have non-stop car problems since I went there and will have to get rid of my car soon that could easily hit 200k at 130K because I took it to this evil place. It was old but very well maintained. Your car will never be the same and become a total money drain as you have to fix all the things they messed up somewhere else anyway. Just straight wicked greedy jerks screwing hard working people out of their money.

They just simply robbing people.Even if there’s no need for some mechanical works But they break it or loosen some part, or make a leak etc & then you have no choice.Very expensive prices, Low Quality works & Totally Robbing people.

These pictures are after the supposedly SUPER full service cleaning, I specifically ask to pay attention to the area around the shift stick, but they did a terrible job.

IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR CAR TO BREAK AFTER THEIR REPAIR, NEVER VISIT THIS WORKSHOP. THEY CAN'T EVEN CHANGE THE OIL. AND BECAUSE THERE ARE NEWLY ARRIVED IMIGRANTS WHO WORK THERE WITH NO EXPERIENCE. FIRST YOU ARE TOLD ONE AMOUNT AND YOU HAVE TO PAY 20 DOLLARS MORE. IF YOU GO YOU WILL SEE THIS FOR YOURSELF

Horrible!!! Not only me!!! Many people as I have posted on FB only to find out i am not the only one!!!! I ran in a pinch for oil!!!! They ended up charging me 130.00!!! Plus 475!! For work they were going to do!!! What! Why would I pay for something you did not do?? Then they have a sign for labor 125.00 an hour. What is going on????? I have a guy who is fair!!!! Dose the job!!! If you want to know where to go in brooklyn let me know FB Donna Palma this is an outrage!!!! I want to go and stand in front and tell people to go away!!!.

I needed an inspection done on my car. I call up this place and they tell me to come anytime early the next day. So that's exactly what I do, and they tell me it's a 2 hour wait. A 2 HOUR WAIT. Can you believe this? They clearly could not care less about me or their reputation as I had to literally convince one of the employees to help me out. After about 45 min, they finally started the work and I was out of there in a little under 2 hours for a job that should've taken 10 min. NEVER NEVER GO HERE. Go to Major Tire on 2489 McDonald Ave and ask for Nikolai.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Nobody activated the emergency shut off switch and my car was slammed into the vehicle in front of me. Very dissatisfied!
