I arrived at 5:25 and the guy said that he could not do the premium car wash because they are closing in 15 minutes and it take 25 minutes to do the premium wash. The car wash closes at 6 pm.

they are not clean the car just throw some water and wipe it. do not clean your car from the car wash. don’t waste your money

I do not understand the low star rating . The employees are very nice and respectful. They take the time to wash it down before the car goes through the wash. I really appreciate this place for the thorough cleaning they give the cars. My car shines bright like a diamond!

My excuse for coming here was it was convenient, but no longer. When you pay $31.95 you expect to receive all the services listed and at the very least a decent level of service. Here you get neither, just aggravation when you get a semi clean car at the end.
During my visit today a customer two cars in front of me came back to the car wash entrance complaining there was no soap being used. Surely enough when it was my turn that thick layer of foam that used to be applied to my car was not there, almost looked as if no soap was being used. Then towards the end the undercarriage wash did not even come on. For the "Super" wash package I paid for I did not get soap, wax & undercarriage wash. I don't even bother to have them remove the rubber mats to wash them. They don't dry the mats properly and do not put them back in the way they found it. When they apply Armour All on the tires, they do not wipe off the excess so when you drive off it goes all over the car.
Interior cleaning is also a joke. There was a guy that used to spray the glass cleaner on the seats and not even wipe it off. The interior glass is rarely cleaned, rear glass never. When you get in the car after they are done the dash is still dusty. If your interior is dusty going in expect it to be the same after.
So yeah, after today's service I will NEVER be going back.

I came to car wash at 1230 on a Saturday . They have no cleaning service for inside the car . Spoke to the owner and said that everyone was on lunch . Owner acted very nasty. Do not come here

HATE! This place. Worst place to get a car wash. They are very greedy for money! They over charge and don’t even clean the car good. I paid $29 for a car wash which I thought included wash, vacuum inside, and armor all tires. They just washed the car and armor all the tires and didn’t clean the inside at all after I paid them $29. They told me I had to pay extra to vacuum my car and was very rude about it. A few people was complaining about them that day saying the inside of their car wasn’t cleaned properly. I wish I would’ve listened but I definitely learned my lesson. I will NEVER go to this place ever again and I would NEVER recommend to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, terrible experience, this was my first time here and I paid $35 to clean the inside and outside of my car and the inside wasn’t clean at all, I complained before leaving and one of the workers told me they only vacuumed the inside, meanwhile they told me before the wash they were going to clean the whole thing. NEVER!! coming here again! Waste of money!!!!!

I wished they paid more attention to detail to your car. The upside, it’s basically hand washed, the downside, you will spend more time than they do after the fact cleaning what they missed. They have potential, but always miss.
