This is the second time I used this service. Both technicians were professional. My 2003 Honda Element was done extremely quickly. My 2008 Chevy Malibu was more complicated but the technician was knowledgeable and professional. Very happy!

I drove 40 minutes to get to this place because they were the only ones who would copy my special car key for a reasonable price, and it was totally worth it. They did a great job, put tremendous care and expertise into doing the job right, and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Great place.

Worker was supposed to replace and provide me with a new key, but was unable to complete job and forced me to pay with the premise of returning to finish the job, however he has been unresponsive since and no resolution has been made.

I know this company through the original owner Hagi many moons ago. I called them again to get another copy for my car. Hagi's wife helped me with my appt. She is very nice, patient and professional. She knew exactly what I needed and sent Mohammud to help me. B4 his arrival he asked about my car and type Of key I have. Through out the day, he kept me abreast with his time and delays. I wasn't In a hurry so I waited. Upon his arrival he introduced himself and began working. He doesn't leave until you see satisfied with the key. My fob wasn't locking but he readjusted the key until everything worked perfectly. He was patient with me. I gave them 5 stars because they are professional, they call if they are running late, and they are reasonable with prices.

I was visiting New York from Boston and misplaced my key. Naturally I was worried about fabricating a key to get back home. When I called they were straight to the point and professional about the protocol and what to expect. The response and service was as described and was highly satisfied as I was able to get a new key made and automatically recorded at the DMV. Everything was kosher and the key was made with precision. I would be clear over the phone because they need specific information. They helped me feel calm about my situation and delivered. It was late Saturday night when I called “Auto Key Replacement Inc”! I was just got out of my work and I was tired! Then I realized that I left my key inside my car! Terrible! Thanks to The Lord the locksmith arrived quickly, he open my car and made me a copy of my key in less than 30 minutes! I just wanted to go home!Best regards,El señor.

My god please learn to talk to someone when they're inquiring about prices especially when your literally lying. I have a key that broke and just needed a copy made. Guess what I went to a place and got the copy made without any need of programming. Learn some phone etiquette it goes a long way.
