Jibreel was quick and helpful with my iPhone trade in. He let me know all the details to get the full trade in credit and also made me aware of a promotion that allowed me to get an additional iPhone for a parent. All in all it was a smooth experience. No complaints

The associate jibreel was cool and tried his best but the rest of the staff seems way too cold. I wasn’t necessarily expecting a jubilant and happy go lucky experience but I feel that at a job like this the employees who are there to help you should be a little more pleasant and act like they care about your situation. Sadly don’t recommend that you go to this location.

I had a smooth and pleasant experience. The associate Jibreel was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I came in to only inquire about a new phone and left buying the new phone and switching over to AT&T! Thanks!

I was interested in upgrading my iPhone. I walked in the store and had an amazing customer service representative help. He answered all my questions and helped me pick out the phone I wanted.

Horrible service, AT&T has dropped the ball big time. Be careful of their fine print. Their agents will lie with a straight face about their "no contract" terms and other promotions.

Scammers. I got my first responders discount and I was told that I qualify for a free Apple Watch and a chip for my Apple I pad that don’t have a chip. They told I only get to pay once. My bill was high and no discount came back a second time spoke with the manager, he said the bill will drop. Still nothing. 4 month later they finally said that I’m paying services for the Apple Watch and I pad that I never used, store associate Rawan changed her words stating that she explained everything but I was never informed because if I knew I had to pay for the extra services, I wouldn’t agree at first place.

Incompetent staff. Mistakes on top of mistakes. Ahmed (the manager) was rude to me over the phone. Omar was incompetent. I have been an AT T customers for many years and am deeply disappointed and frustrated. Don’t go to this location. The staff do not know anything!!!!

Just came in to buy a new phone for my husband and add him to my plan. We were assisted by Jbreel, who was incredible. Attentive, personable, patient, and thorough. Every time I’ve been to this branch I’ve had such a great experience with staff I almost want to stay just to hang out with them! Honestly, the customer service is unusually good and I always know I’m going to have a great experience. Thank you, Jbreel and the whole Bay Ridge team!
