Weirdo guy went in my bag, told him several times to get out of my bag. Employees pretend they don't understand english when there's an issue but understands when it comes to pricing! They lie about not having toilet tissue, when I witness three women carry a roll if tissue in a clear plastic bag to the bathroom!They also use a pail to put your underneath your laundry bag when you inquire about them doing your laundry!

This place has gone from good to TERRIBLE. Here are a few issues: Ceiling tiles are falling off Dirty washing/drying machines Floors are disgusting Employees are using 90% of the machines leaving the clients waiting and fighting over machines $9 for a medium machine, and they can't even have it clean, is RIDICULOUS Trash cans are overflowing When a machine is out of order, they expect us to read the out-of-order message that appears on the machine itself This place is literally falling apart but they keep increasing the prices Machines do not work, and clothes are still dirty and not dry after 50 minutes At this point is just LAZYNESS!!! SHUT THEM DOWN OR SWITCH MANAGEMENT.

Most of they dryers are occupied by the laundromat's drop off laundry service and the few that aren't are out of order. Other customers also park on the sidewalk so if you park in a designated spot expect to be blocked in.

Not enough water in the wash. You have to size up two machines in order to get a good wash. Customers are allowed to sort out their dirty clothes in the same cart which clean clothes are used for. Disgusting. Don't know what germs and or bugs are on those dirty clothes. Only advantage is it is close to home. SB charge extra for hot water, don't wash white clothes here the clothes will come out with YELLOW SPOTS.

Update your online information, you are not open 24 hours, 7 days a week...Let me reiterate, showed up at 1am on a Tuesday, doors were locked, and TV's were off. With signs that say now 24hrs, Friday to Sunday, maybe try updating that info online....just saying

this place has a great staff to always assist if there might be any issues. which doesn't happen often but i mess up the computer thingys a time or twice before and it was fixed fast and i learned my lesson. the drying is free for up to 24 minutes so it's super cost efficent. like that you can use the laundry card to pay for vending machine stuff

Worst laundromat I've ever been to in life. The water is very low in the machines. my clothes came out dirty and the worker told me I have to wash my clothes twice because the water is low. ZERO STARS

Compared to other local big brand laundromats, their prices are comparably low. The give and take is that you have to hunt for the carts to put your clothes.Otherwise, if you’re looking to wash, dry and drop off your dry-clean items, this is a one-stop-shop!
