I had a boxed bike to return and took it here. There was plenty of room for packages and they said no, very abruptly. These guys suck.

Weird experience. I asked for a price check for an international envelope, the clerk took a picture of options but seemed to be missing the cheaper tier. I showed that rate to them from the FedEx site and the owner offered to cut a deal, which was still $30 higher than the rate.Weird business practices...

Refused to accept my package for fedex dropoff. Said it was too big, even though it was in a standard fedex brand box with a fedex label. I will not waste my time again trying to get service here.

The owner did not take my package because he said it was "too heavy" at 55 lbs. He said "it wasn't his problem" that I came a long way to drop the package off, that it was "his store" and he could "do whatever he want[ed]." He was immediately confrontational. Do not take your packages here.

worse place eve. I was returning a $1700 phone through FedEx and they wouldn't give me a receipt. They were rude, sexist and racist.

Dropped off a package and was informed no receipts can/are given as “per store policy.” In addition to no means of confirming a package has been legitimately scanned in and not otherwise intentionally misplaced, the worker stated FedEx pre-paid return labels are assessed a fee (FedEx confirmed this should not transpire).

Bad experience, very rude. Waited an extra 10 minutes past when the sign on the front door said they'd be back. When coming back the store associate held the door for 3 guys that went in front of me (I was waiting on the sidewalk) and then didn't hold the door for me who was with a 1 year old, stroller and large box. The associate was very rude, wouldn't listen or answer any of my questions and then proceeded to ignore me and walk away. This while having 4 people, who I assume were friends of the associate, stare at me awkwardly which made me uncomfortable (it's a very small store). This was for a UPS drop-off that this store was listed as being able to handle.I highly doubt most of the reviews for this place are legit. My experience 100% matches the poor reviews left on here. I do not recommend this store. I ended up going to the UPS Store around the corner on Flatbush where they were courteous and quick to assist.
