92nd & 3rd = Asks how much u want to deposit at ATM and then doesnt even let you deposit!! No bank asks how much ? you just deposit either cash/check after clicking which you are choosing to do82nd & 5th = Atm light turns green but door doesnt unlock past close. No access to atmsUtretch & 64th = Gates are down at night , no access to atms13th Ave & 74th = deposit option is always not in service and when it finally is, it spits the money out even if try 5 diff bills

Top notch customer service, the tellers are always pleasant and helpful. The management always goes out of there way to with any problems. Highlyrecommend.

Customer service at that location is amazing. One of the reasons I keep banking with them even tho I don't live so close by.

I really like this Atlantic Bank as my local bank. The staff is always super friendly and always greet me when I come in for a deposit or a withdrawal. I am never waiting longer than 10 minutes for a teller, and they are clear and accurate in their work. A truly lovely staff! My only complaint is that I wish there were more Atlantic Banks around that I can withdraw money from without being penalized or pay additional fees. Although it happens on occasion where I need to withdraw from a local ATM or at another bank altogether, I wish the fee was waived or a $1 only. Other than that, I really can't complain about anything at all. Really am thankful for their extended hours on select days, so I don't have to wait until the weekend to get some major money moving around.
