I needed to have two ceiling fans installed as soon as I could. IIya and Alex came the next day. They texted me the day before to set up a time and they texted me day of the installation to let me know they were coming. They were really nice and kept me informed of everything they were doing while installing the fans. Everything was beyond reasonably priced and will definitely be calling them for future projects.

We needed to have an electrical project done quickly. We called other companies who could not accommodate us on such short notice. We called Asset Electric Corp and spoke to Ilya. He was very responsive ( he got back to us within 8 minutes after we left a message on his voicemail),he was polite and professional.He was able to come to the house the next day and completed the job quickly, to our great satisfaction!!!I will certainly recommend this company to my friends.

Ilya was awesome. He replaced my electrical panel, grounded the wires, replaced a whole bunch of outlets, installed recessed lighting as well as an outlet and a switch. He was professional, his guys worked very hard (even ran to home depot to get parts/do an exchange when I bought the wrong light), and he was responsive to any issues that arose and made sure we passed the inspection (and took care of the logistics). He also got someone out immediately when we discovered an emergency situation. His estimates were right on target and there were no surprise charges. He kept me updated through the process. I would use him again in a heartbeat!

Ilya is the freaking best. He's fixed or installed a number of things for me in two apartments over the last few years -- light fixtures, ceiling fans, dimmers, etc. He's easy to reach, easy to schedule with, and shows up as planned.I always learn stuff when working with Ilya -- he'll explain what's going on, if you're interested. He has informed opinions on what ceiling fans are reliable, what fixtures are worth the money, etc. He called the manufacturer to get to the bottom of my ceiling fan issue. He'll give you options.Recently I had an issue with the wiring for a light fixture. I thought I could it fix myself, with just a little help for safety and peace of mind. Ilya did a video call for 10 minutes and steered me in the right direction, at no charge.Services: Light fixture installation

Asset helped me replace a burnt-out outlet and replace a couple of regular outlets with GCFI versions. The owner was very transparent with the pricing. Quoted me one price to show up and replace the burnt outlet. I then asked how much more to replace the other two outlets and he said no additional charge if they can be done within the same time the base service call covers, otherwise they charge at 30 minute increments. Another electrician wanted an extra $80 outright for the same work. The two techs showed up on time and voluntarily took off their shoes before entering my home, which never happens with service providers (cable guy, plumber, etc). I usually have to ask them to remove their shoes and some will give an attitude about it. They did their work and cleaned up the debris. One of the outlet covers was lopsided when the guy screwed it in. He noticed it and reinstalled it without me having to ask him. Overall very fair / transparent pricing and very good service. These techs actually care!! This is my go-to electrician from now on. Highly recommended.

I've used Llya and his team for well over 12 years, first at an industrial location where electric wiring encased in metal was corroded by water leaks. The electricians were creative in solving the problem, professional, prompt and reasonable. Since then, Alex and Dimitri have repaired breakers, installed outdoor fixture (in a tidy, low profile and attractive way), installed junction boxes in a 1929 building that had old wiring and upgraded 2 plug outlets to 4. I have found Ilya and his team to be consummate professionals in their work, careful to protect and clean up work areas and reasonable. Highly recommended!Services: Light fixture installation

They answered my call, were clear about what information they needed, responded quickly and clearly, showed up when they said they did and did a great job installing my lights.
