Super helpful- employees always direct me right to what I needed and give me some context around my purchase. Selection seems tremendous, though I’m usually looking for pretty specific items.

IMO this is the best place for artist supplies, thru the years I’ve been there and always find something. I may or may not need lol That’s the fun part, I’m mostly into watercolor but after seeing a ton of pencils. I eventually got into sketching, hell even journaling again. It’s a chill quiet place… for all the times I’ve been in there I’ve been left to wander without being bothered. TBH it’s kinda awesome in that regard but also rare these days as most stores are trying to sell you on so many things. I don’t know anyone’s name here never bothered to ask lol but they always have been right to point, no please sign up for a membership/etc. As for the pricing it’s fair, versus going to the more hip artsy stores in the city, where they have less on offer but ask for double or triple. lol All in all it’s honestly one of the last places like this… a magical warehouse that every artist should stop by.

It had a great selection of art supplies, and it was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and it was a great store! ! !

A treasure trove. I was accompanying a professional artist who had particular requirements; she was satisfied. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable.
I was there alone on another occasion looking for rice paper and was given choices. Unusual.

I love, love, love this place. Very often they have sales, and that is the perfect time to shop…because we all know being an artist is expensive.

A lot to choose from! I came in not exactly sure of what I wanted but left satisfied with multiple items to work with. Ive only been once so I have yet to explore the entire store but I look forward to getting the opportunity next time

Yesterday was My first time shopping here. The people are very knowledgeable and really nice. Prices are a little better than or similar to Blick. I'll be back.

It's a large store with grit that would imply a delightful shopping experience, but I found myself underwhelmed. Shelves were very lightly stocked. Prices seemed high, even for brick and mortar.
I'll probably just go to Blick next time.

Every single time I've shopped at this store I've been followed around. Every single time. Today I needed to buy a rubber mat to carve and went again against my better judgement and of course was followed AGAIN. This Time I Asked if they only follow customers who look like me. I'm a Brown woman and on international women's day this was definitely the last thing I needed and the last time I will shop there. I've dealt with racism my entire life this was a reminder that they will never look at people like me as a human. They're also overpriced. I'll be leaving a review on their sm page as well.
