Booked this company 2 weeks ago for collection at JFK for my family of 7. Checked and confirmed the day before they didn’t turn up no phone call or message to say couldn’t make it . Not fair at all very stressful start to our holidays and Didn’t even get in touch with me to apologise . Phone number didn’t work either , I never ever leave negative reviews but I don’t want this happening to anyone else’s family

I was standing outside waiting for my car service Gallant Car Service, when I saw an elderly lady waiting for Arecibo Car Service. Her phone died, so I let her use mine. She tells them that they told her, to wait 10 minutes and it's been 20 and they're still not here and that she just borrowed a phone to call. They just HUNG UP on her! I then call them explained the same thing and added, that they just HUNG UP on her and that she's sick and elderly and they HUNG UP on me also! Whoever picked up the phone, today at 10:35 and at 10:40 and HUNG UP from ARECIBO CAR SERVICE, should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! How would you feel, if they did that to your mother who is elderly and sick 😠 Hope you get FIRED and it's a shame, that the company that you "work" for, has you as a representative! I will be following up on this matter. I don't know this elderly woman but I have respect and love, for others.

Pleasantly surprised by the service.
Good drivers, good cars, on time. We needed a car seat for our 2 month old and they provided it.

Oh my God. I just had a horrible horrible experience. My son had a 2:15pm pick up, about 1.45pm someone call me to confirm. At 2.06pm I call for the pick up, they keep me on hold for about 15mins. I hang up call back , but could not get through I kept calling until someone pick up. Again they put me on hold. Then I get a call from a guy saying he will be there in 30mins mind u my pick up was 2.15pm. Again I call back they said ok let me get u another car. I waited and waited and waited but noooooo car came.
Just like that my son missed his speech and feeding therapy. So I called back again to tell them I was still waiting and I will report them to medicaid. Smh.
I promise I will report them.
FYI I work very close with transportation that service is unacceptable. If I could give u all a -100 is will.

Arecibo is the absolute best. The ability to schedule ahead, and have them waiting at the airport makes my travel schedule so much easier. I never use anyone else.

Great driver! He got us to the airport on time. The trains were redirected that night/morning and we didn’t know until the last min. Our car showed up less than 5 mins of calling. We are very thankful!!

30 minutes late. I call to inquire, they put me on hold for 10 minutes, only to tell me that they will now dispatch a car.
No supervisor on duty at all.
Nothing i can do about it because it's medicaid funded transportation, and they know they have a captive audience.
