Archats.LLC is a very professional business. The owner and workers are respectful and responsive. They show up early/on time and provide a full day's work for the duration of the project. They are flexible and easy to work with. They have a can do attitude and are tenacious about working on time and on or under budget. They do good work. I will definitely use them for other projects.

Super responsive, reliable and affordable. A tremendous bang for your buck. The team was professional, showed up early each day and left early evening, giving you a full day's work each day they were on site. The team was also very flexible and adaptable, willing to accommodate, test and experiment to ensure customer satisfaction. They are a nice team to work with.

I hired Kevin Archat to do one day of handyman work and to repair a leak where water was coming down the basement. He agreed to go on Sunday and Monday was very prompt and professional .We agreed on $200 per day and $800 to repair the leak. He was paid $200 and given $100 for materials. I received a bill for $1,255. He charged me for 2 days of handyman work, $215 and $220 and $820 for the basement leak. The bill came in much higher than we agreed, he did some extra work and I told him point blank i did not have the funds to include in the basement job. We agreed on an extra $150 . I paid him a total of $850 and told him I will pay him the balance as soon as I have it. Well on Thursday morning ( 3 DAYS later ) I found out that the leak was not fixed as the basement was full of water again. I asked him to go back and he told me he could not go back until Sunday as he had an emergency. I told him i have an emergency too as the basement is under water.He called back and went to look at the job, showing he will do the right thing...more to come
