I wouldn't buy anything there again be careful open up the parts when you're in the store I didn't open up the parts to sensors I didn't use them went to return them they said they couldn't take them back because they were used terrible customer service would never go there again

I needed a new brake caliper and brought in my old one. The new one came with a faulty thread that I only realized after installing. But the best of the story is that since it was a special order no refund was possible but replacement. And they would not accept the faulty new one as a deposit and ask for additional $26 because I reinstalled the old one which was better than the new one ❣️

Arch auto parts was my favorite place to get my parts for my car. But!!!! They are getting to expensive. I think they forgot we are still in the pandemic people don't have jobs or income. Give my pocket's a brake.. DAM!!!!. But the staff was good..
