When I started to look for Sub-Zero refrigerator all dealers were saying that the waiting period is 10-12 months. However, Joe stated that it is available for immediate delivery. Moreover, he had several different models. I was a bit suspicious, so I contacted Sub-Zero showroom and verified that he is an authorized dealer.So I placed an order. The whole process of purchase, delivery and installation was smooth, prompt and easy.I am very happy that I have chosen Appliance Showroom for my purchase!Irene S.

The best appliance store in the five boroughs ! Joe gave me the lowest price in town delivered exactly when he said he was going to the men’s or a beautiful job. Everything went off without a hitch. I wish I could say the same thing for PC Richards, or Drimmers. Both of them failed! would highly recommend appliance showroom to anybody who’s looking for appliances they really hooked me up. Thanks again, Joe.

Appliance showroom is the absolute worst! Joe is full of excuses and leaves his customers with nothing but empty promises. I have been waiting for my refrigerator trim kit for two years! I was promised for two weeks straight that I was expecting a delivery. The delivery never came. Joe is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional over the phone. He hung up on me and yelled at me several times. I would never recommend this business to anyone. I don't know how they are even still in business! Absolutely outrageous and absurd! This place doesn't even get one star!!!

I ordered a double oven from here and got it when no one else had it. (PC Richards had it actually but it was 800 more) Got pedestals for washer and dryer too. Joe was honest and told me the dishwasher we wanted is out of stock and no one will have them for at least 6 months. So I didn't order it yet.It came the same day they promised. It was in delivered at the end of the day since I am in a different borough. No big deal

The worst!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL - They never show up when they make an appt. Sold us a faulty dishwasher and never replaced it. Took our check, cashed it and ran. Totally avoids our calls and never answers the phone. Total liars, cheats and not a good business to deal with. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!

They are a bunch of liers and they will take your money because i bought a sub zero fridge from them and the whole fridge fell down and they claimed it was new. I believe it was a used unit and they didn't give a new unit. Never buy from them ever again because they will take your money snd run far away..STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSSINESS.!!!!
