Marcia was friendly , light hearted and completed my request to open up a savings account with a minimum $100 deposit with identification. This location seems fine and is privately owned . I plan to use this location for the foreseeable future and was satisfied with my visit on October 16 2024.

I have been banking at the Neptune Ave branch for years. The manager, Holis Alert, is the best. She is always courteous, respectful and extremely helpful to any banking situation I have had. It is always a pleasure working with her!

Poor and discriminatory service received. The representatives do not respect the time of the waiting clients, instead of respecting the line, they prioritize the client that came half an hour later than me.

My mother in law has been a customer for many years and as her memory declined she became more difficult to deal with, one of the bank managers Holis was always patient and courteous in helping her. My wife is now a customer and we can't say enough about how professional and helpful Holis is. Many thanks.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff at this branch from the branch manager to all the cashier's. They are always ready to help everyone. During my last visit on March 21th 2024 I was happy and satisfied with the outcome of my purpose of going there that day , thanks to Mr Dimitri and Ms. Hollis for tere great job.

Good luck trying for someone to answer the phone at this branch! Horrible, 3rd day now. What to hear the funny part of it all, it’s actually has an answering machine to leave a message.
