I came into this branch to open a Youth Savings account for my 6 year daughter. Had a great experience working with Moisey Gilad. He was attentive as soon as we walked up to the bankers. He directed us to the waiting area as they were not allowed to have customers sitting at the desks. Explained the account and the procedures to open thoroughly. He was quick and informative all throughout. He acknowledged my daughter and even gave her the option to make the first deposit herself. The Teller who processed the deposit was humble and kind to my daughter. Moisey called us over before leaving the branch and offered my daughter a goodie bag as a thank you for opening the account. Great customer service! Thank you Moisey! Full disclosure. I was a Branch Manager for both Chase and Wells Fargo working in the consumer banking industry for 14+ years. Always took pride to lead my teams to keep customers needs first and always looking for ways to go above and beyond. This experience was an example of that!

Worst financial institutions ever, I was not told that I have to select btwn dbt r credit 2 use my own money, very deceitful and misleading staff, closed the account, worst customer service!

The Head-teller, i think she must be Russian, don`t know her name is quite rude. She does not have a service person manner ("how can I help you", "Thank you" "Is there anything else I can do for you", etc) and she talks to a costumer as if he/she is HER employee. So, what if a costumer does not know about bank products, why to assume everyone knows everything, she has to explain it in a calm manner, after all, she might sell a product. But she is rude and ineffective. result: costumer feels insulted. No, thank you. That location has rude staff.

Went in there to open a business checking account. From teller to manager everyone seemed incredibly rude and annoyed looking. person "assisting" me was incredibly rude; raising her eyebrows when I asked simple questions and giving me a nasty look as if to say, "how dare you not know every single banking protocol". Ugh. I will take my business elsewhere. They give decent rates (based on website info, didn't want to " bother" her with other questions) but I expect to be treated as a client, not as if I'm a burden. Goodbye Apple Bank; I'll try another bank, maybe TD.
