The Branch Manager Tatiana Estrada is very professional and took the time to explain all the accounts in much detail. If you’re searching for a bank where you will be treated with respect and patience, I highly recommend the Kings Highway branch. The tellers are also lovely!

Today, 9/10/24 we visited the Apple Bank on 1321 Kings Highway and opened a new CD. I must highly commend Jane Khankin for her kindness, compassion and professionalism in dealing with us. It was a pleasure to get to know her and do business with her and her new trainee. She has the perfect skill and talent to help the elderly like us. We are very grateful and look forward to a long relationship with her and Apple Bank.

I came into the branch with an issue regarding my credit card, it was lengthy and complicated but Vasyl was very helpful and attentive every step of the way. I appreciate Tatiana helping me with a notary on the spot for my issue. I like this branch a lot, very friendly.

Amazing staff! I always enjoy to go to this location on KINGS Kingshighway and East 13th street , they re always super helpful, friendly, professional and always willing to help! I make sure I come here especially for this excellent customer service. Today, I was there; and Jane K. and Vasyl T. were extremely helpful and friendly. They both provided me with a phenomenal Customer Service. I Only prefer to go to this location. Thanks so much for their great services.

Apple Bank in kings highway are amazing. There always helpful and professional. I’m grateful for the team there. I always go to the branch and there so welcoming. I usually go to Jane who works there and she’s so sweet. I also had a pleasure in meeting Melina Aguilar who’s a manager associate and she was helpful even without knowing me she immediately came to my rescue. Amazing team !

I’ve seen their youth savings account so I stopped by the branch for more information and ended up opening an account. Terence was very helpful and the transactions went smoothly. Branch itself seems organized and very well managed.

What a horrible experience! Took a family member to do some transactions...a problem, especially if you are Black with money. To the other 'sista' that decided to profile and gatekeep, do better!! If you were any ruder to me, she would have pulled her account. What did you say to me?? Keep that energy with others and see where it takes you, Ms. J. Lyles!!! You were intentionally hurtful and humiliating. You were not doing your job. You used your height, weight and position to treat me like a criminal in front of 'your client', who is MY beloved aunt. Not to mention a minor was also present. You even tried to keep her there. At one point I questioned whether I should call the police. You, 'young lady', are nothing but a big bully!!!Had to edit and add on because I was reminded about another branch. What is it about banking while Black do you not like? At another location, it's so awkward, with comments like 'that's a lot of money'.. for whom? Is this part of their training?

I used to be a customer at this branch for over 20 years and would always get friendly , professional servicesRecently I moved out of Brooklyn, but came in because I was In the area and needed advice on one of my accountsI waited over 30 minutes to speak with a 'specialist ' who was scolding me down and telling me to wait because she was with a customer.... another 'specialist ' was busy chatting on the phone.Considering the past I waited while first specialist was chatting away with the customer, discussing family issues, I guess unaware that I understand. Also, there were some unflattering comments made about her colleagues.So I left and will never come back. So sad that current management allows to run this branch to the ground

Racist employees just because I have a beard looking arabic guy they refused to open an account for me, asking me weird questions and at the ends they said there’s something wrong with my name even though I provided them with all the documents they needed. Never go there ever.

Very capable bank. I receive the best service when I visit this branch. I love the old school mentality where the staff calls to make me aware of new savings options. Management is always just a phone call away when I need assistance.

Tellers of this bank thinking, that they are smart. Avoid the situation, when you need to go to this address! They are really too much smart, that 's why I do not respect they any more. Provokators!
