Apple Bank offers banking products online and in the branch. This branch is like stepping back in time to see what banking used to be like with teller stations and not a lot of ATM machines taking over the lobby. Apple Bank only had 1 ATM machine in the 24 Hour Banking section. The bank serves a need and purpose. Many customers were banking with the company for decades. Because Apple Bank offers products with opportunity for customers to earn interest, it doesn’t offer as many aesthetics as other major branches which is fine. The bank used to have nice art work sculptures on the outside but have been removed at some point. The outside of the bank looks like something is missing. If doesn’t have that nostalgia it once had.

My service today was successful. The representative Keron spent the time to address all of my issues in a timely manner. He made using online banking, zelle and other services easier because he explained in detail.

A visit to the bank has turned from a weekly occasion to an annual one. I always look forward to going to Apple Bank. Large, free parking lot in the rear, with two bank entrances to choose from. The bank itself is a throw back; very large, high ceilings, columns, several tellers but no line. Lots of desks occupied if you have other business besides deposits or withdrawals. Decent interest rates. And they cash savings bonds for customers. Nice place.

Terrible experience…lines are extremely long with only one person working. Just to deposit checks it takes 30-40 minutes. Absolutely absurd!

Given current Covid conditions, certain staff was unhelpful in providing a basic request to notarize a document. I was hassled for not providing a witness even though that page did not require notarizing and asked if I wanted to open an account there. With limited business open there are few resources. I was very disappointed at the poor customer service here. The staff needs to work better with their community.

I generally have a distain for banks. They hardly pay you to use your money then the impose high and hidden fees. Without knowing anything about Apple Bank I have to start with two stars.

The Branch Manager (Tony) is very congenial and totally down to earth in making you feel like family. The customer service that I've experienced there has always been pleasant. The long lines at times has been frustrating but it has improved tremendously.
