Not bad. Convenient location. It is a walk in clinic. The wait can be long depending on the time you come in but they try to take as many people as they can. The attending vet was knowledgeable and there were 2 men present. They handled the cat very well. Overall good experience and the staff is friendly. I would say I recommend them.

Very happy with the care both of my cats have received here. Wait times can be long as they are a walk-in only clinic, but Dr. Ibriham is very caring and exams are thorough, but you are not pushed into unnecessary scans or treatments like at some other veterinarians.

After using this clinic in various occasions, my last experience was horrible. Went there to euthanize my outdoor cat at 9:30 and was kept at the waiting room for over three hours. This is cruel to me since it is an agonizing decision. A priority or an appointment should be given to people that are euthanizing their pets. Something that most people will agree. When called, I was kept in the back room for 15 minutes, that gave me an opportunity to see how dirty the place looked. The base of the examination table was rusted and filthy, the medicine cabinets were disorganized and gave the impression that half of those medicines were expired. The X-ray machine looked like it was made in the 1940's.The view of the bathroom which unfortunately had to used, was more of the ones that you see at gas stations. The staff was having lunch and engaged in small talk that you don't want to hear close to me. When the vet N Ibrahim came in, I explained that last time this cat escaped from the cage and most likely he will to the same. Apparently, she didn't listen and the tech proceeded to open the cage without taking precautions. The cat ran across the room to another room. Needless to say, I was upset. The vet asked me what can we learn... to which I replied that history should had been written in the medical record card and gloves should have been used to get the cat out of the cage. It's not my role to tell them how to do their job. Maybe if they listen and ask questions things would have been different. There was no dignity in euthanizing my cat and I am writing this review to have someone avoid this experience.

Both my pets come here and Dr. Ibrahim is honestly the best vet I have been to. She genuinely cares about the animals and takes her job seriously and takes the time to examine each pet. She does not push unnecessary services for the sake of making money unlike many other vets out there. The wait time here is long if you decide to wait at the office but if you just jot down your name on the list and then come back then it's totally do-able.

It's been very hard to find a vet to help our cat who's 14 years old with her condition. Dr. Ibrahim made our cat (and us) feel very comfortable from the second we saw her. She explained to us very thoroughly what our cat is going through and was patient with all the questions we had with her and didn't have any issues repeating or over explaining to help us understand. She took her time to examine our cat and our cat is not a very trusting easy going cat, but was like silly putty in her hands and in the vet techs/nurse. I don't think we can find a Vet office that will match up these guys. The follow up was quick and even called after office hours to give us all the details and even helped with referral to a surgeon. The compassion and the care is unmatched. THANK YOU TO THE TEAM, we found our new furever vet. Boosie is very thankful to you guys as well for helping her live out her life with us a little longer. Please guys, if you're looking for a vet that actually cares for your animal and has their best interest at heart, look no further. This is the place.

I've been coming here for a good 10yrs or so. They are the nicest, most reasonably priced Veterinarian that I've been to. They don't try to upsell you or put your pet thru unnecessary procedures to make more money, they genuinely care - specifically, Dr. Ibrahim & Dr. Mastrangelo. They have Saturday hours- bring a book ?, be prepared to wait & be patient. I highly recommend them & more importantly, I trust them.Dr Ibrahim is the BEST ??

This is a review from our visits in 2018. I took my dog here for an irritated eye problem. One of his eyes would swell up and he can barely open them but it would get better the next morning. This would happen every night. The vet took a look at his eyes and prescribed eye drops. A week later and his eyes were not getting better. I took him back and this time she prescribed an steroid ointment. I called the office and they told me to bring him back. Instead I brought him to go see another vet for a second opinion and he thoroughly examined my dog and did not see anything wrong with his eyes. He asked me a bunch of questions and he concluded it was probably allergies. It turns out it was because he's allergic to plants and the pollen when he sniffs bushes during his walks. So I stopped taking him near the bushes as per my vet's suggestion and his eyes no longer swell up!!! So my new vet decided to take the conservative approach before prescribing anything which I am so grateful for. I don't believe that medications will solve everything. You have to look for the underlying causes and treat those first, not just the symptoms. My dog hated when I had to apply the steroid ointment and it turned out I was applying it for no reason! I will never go back to the animal clinic because I feel that there are much better veterinarians who truly care about your pets out there.
