Came in here with my wife, she had some old jewelry piece that she wasn’t sure what they worth the sales rep evaluated them and my wife seen beautiful diamond band ring that was worth much more then our jewelry after going back and forth we managed to walk away on a even trade.
Great experience great place will be definitely coming back

I stopped in here to get my engagement ring appraised with the intent of selling it. Based on the high reviews related to customer service and fair prices here, I was anticipating having a relatively quick and positive experience. That wasn't the case.
I found the sales associate to be rude and unhelpful. As he was looking at my ring, I pulled out all the documentation I received from the original sellers certifying the gem stones. He refused to look at it, saying that it was all just fluff. I found that odd, but I'm not a jeweler, so I said "okay" and put it away.
The "negotiation" (if you could call it that) was curt and unhelpful. I was open to hearing his valuation of the ring because again, I'm not a professional. I also said I wasn't wedded to a particular price after I shared the original purchase price. He dismissed me and suggested I come back after taking it to other jewelers. All of this happened in less than 5 minutes.
Perhaps I'm missing something in terms of how this process is supposed to happen, but I left feeling dismissed and discouraged, so I won't be returning.

I found Al’s on Google while searching for a repair shop. The reviews moved me to go, and I’m so happy I did. Al is amazing! Not only did he explain the cost and repair work thoroughly for each piece, but he also polished them. The quality of his work is outstanding, and he finished them in two days! To make it even better, I was able to sell some jewelry for either cash or store credit. I preferred store credit because of his exquisite collection; and I chose an emerald ring and ankh pendant (see image). If you need to buy, sell, or repair jewelry…?️ GO TO AL’S GOLD MARKET! I initially came to Al's to do repairs on various pieces for me, while I was there, I fell in love with his nameplates and got a custom piece. When I picked up my pieces, he did all the repairs, they were all in mint condition, and he cleaned them up for me. I also got my nameplate and bought a wavy matching two toned chain the same day. Let's just say, I will most definitely be coming back to Al for all my jewelry needs from now on.
He has excellent customer service and walks you through the process and makes sure to explain all your options available to you. I really appreciated how knowledgeable he is. He's also got an extensive array of jewelry pieces ranging from vintage styles to name brand pieces. All of his jewelry is high quality and his prices are extremely reasonable.

l purchased a couple of very lovely bracelets from Al last week as gifts. l have gone in previously to do repairs of pieces l own and the service and interaction is always great. l recommend this place, there is a very nice selection of jewelry and l will continue to visit this store in the future.

The quality and look of our wedding bands and the service was great. Al is very knowledgeable and we are so happy he was able to accommodate both of our visions, my fiancé found his band in the store and I provided Al a photo of what I was looking for.
