Increased my insurance for no reason, haven't filed a claim or anything, they of course found reason like "prices went up" to justify the increase. But did I file a claim? What a crap company. Residing in Brooklyn, cohen's office is the place I called to enquire if we could stay on the same rate but they are after my money so the answer was "there is nothing we can do about it", the lady on the phone sounded like a robot, no compassion or desire to help. Funny that I expected anything else, should've know bette.

Out of all the Allstate agents we have had in different states over the years, this agency is a pleasure. Longtime Allstate customers, my husband and I have had great agents and terrible agents. We appreciate all the work your agency (Brigette) had to do moving our policies back to NY after an out of state move. So many details! And my agent was on top of them all. Brigette is a stand-out in great customer service and ease of explaining insurance questions; patient and friendly and always easy to reach when you need her.
