I’ve been a customer of Alleon pharmacy for over 30 years and they are wonderful! Always so helpful, kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Alleon always go the extra mile for you to do whatever they can do to help you in any way. They are always welcoming,courteous friendly and respectful. Alleon is like family and I highly recommend this pharmacy.

The staff is incredible! Workers are very helpful and I was amazed by the professionalism. I never shy away from asking any questions or concerns because I know everyone is willing to help. I am a regular costumer and will continue to be one.

This used to be my local pharmacy but still go here even after I moved. The staff is incredible and I have always been dealt with kindness and respect. I recommended this please to my family and now everyone goes here.

Love this place! The people at the UPS section are always a help and give u great advice and sometimes even give discounts. The work ethic is great and the employees work pretty fast. The pharmacy workers are just as nice and super helpful. Overall I love this place and would recommend to everyone!

The young man that works there is always super helpf and nice! The older gentleman who seems to be the owner however is the most rude person ever. I had to drop off an amazon return, And I had my dog with me, he said "Don't bring THIS in my store".now I totally understand no pets allowed policy, but to call my dog a THIS! IS BEYOND UNREASONAE!

0 star review.Came by to drop off 5 items for an Amazon return and experienced unprofessional service from a rude staff member.First item was scanned and he walks away to speak to his colleague in his native language.He returned and informs me that I cannot bring this many items because he would need to box up the items individually. He is only taking up to 5 items per day per customer. He also complained I was holding up the line.Did this guy really try to guilt trip me?I reasonably responded that this is the type of service your business provides, why should there be a limit of how many items, and plus if your limit was 5 then I had exactly 5 items today. I waited patiently in line for my turn just like everyone else. How did I cause any trouble there? There were 2 people behind me, wow.Customers should always comes first. If you have any limitations, please kindly have a sign posted.FYI. He was not wearing a mask. This business does not care about their customers.

I use this place to ship my prepaid packages. So far so good. They are polite and you get a receipt and your item is scanned by the carrier in a couple of hours. Nice and easy.

If the middle age man helps you, you'll have to move boxes yourself. Sure, you're lazy and as long as my packages get to its destination, fine no big deal.

If the middle age man helps you, you'll have to move boxes yourself. Sure, you're lazy and as long as my packages get to its destination, fine no big deal. However, my experience today caused me to write this one star review. I had 3 boxes to ship (2 the size of a shoebox and the other slightly bigger). I had pants in one of the boxes and he opened it without my permission, but said he'll repack it. Okay, not a problem. He looked annoyed that he had to ship my boxes... but you accept UPS packages so do your job. Afterwards, he told me not to leave the box and NOT to put it outside his store. I don't understand this type of customer service where you open the customer's package then proceed to have them toss out the box. Long story short, I didn't listen to him. If you can, please take your UPS business elsewhere like to SILVER ROAD PHARMACY on 18th Avenue. I've never had a bad experience and they're quick where your packages are moved after your receipt is given, which allows for no wait time (besides waiting for the person in front of you).

I grew up in bay ridge as a kid. I am so glad to see they are still in business. They were great back then and I am sure they are still just as awesome
