Worst experience ever! DO NOT USE their services. They do not communicate with customers and they will lose your belongings. When you try to contact them, they do not answer your calls or return your call or messages. They aren’t honest with you and they will end up adding charges on the day they come to pick up your items. They lost my boxes and was unable to explain what happen and didn’t even want to admit they lost my boxes. They also have no regard for your schedule as they don’t come on the days they’re supposed to come and they also don’t communicate with each other. The driver tells you one thing and the office tells you something different. If I could give them zero stars I would. They are the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with and would never recommend them to my worst enemy. Not to mention they damaged my belongings. They lost/ stole irreplaceable items that I trusted their service to relocate and all they could tel me is they don’t know how it happened. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

All City Van Lines Inc, is the best moving company out there. They get a 10 from me I was short on my money to pay from Pennsylvania to Florida Dre, made sure I had a free 30plus day of storage until I was able to come up with the money Diana is the best of the best this company is very professional I would recommend All City Van Lines Inc to anyone looking to move local or long distance. the delivery guys very professinal Ruben, and his partner were awesome. All boxes were in tact wrapped with care Thanks again to you all Diana, Dre, Mommy, Ruben and his helper you guys are the best.Judith Whiting and Family.

These guys are scumbags. Stay away. Actual move cost thousands more than quote. They will hold ur belongings hostage and threaten u with legal action of u don’t pay up. Beware

All city van lines are AMAZING!!!! I was impressed with the professionalism and promptness. Diana especially, especially made the entire process a stress free experience. My girl went above and beyond. Diana listened to my concerns, & worked it out for me.Diana treated me & my son like family.!!! All city van lines are the best. And I would be wrong if I didn't shout out the crew. Those men put in work, no slouching, perfect movers to call ,no job to big or small. I'm still smiling, I can't forget the absolutely wonderful job they did. Read this review thoroughly cause I am telling you facts, you won't have any problems with All City Van Lines??????????????????????❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

This company has some very amazing men working for them. Very strong, respectful and hard working. The lead guy had excellent communication skills with his crew of workers. Everyone came in to my home ready to work and worked amazingly collectively. On my next move I will hands down without a doubt use All City Van Lines for my move again.

I had to come on here to report my experience with this company so that others could potentially be warned about how they operate and not fall prey to this particular grift.We were connected to All City Van Lines via the broker service "Move Smart". (I've verified the company's number on my phone with the number of this Google posting).My first warning sign was when I spoke with dispatch the day before the move. She told me the price which was $200 higher than the contract with Move Smart brokerage, and she also told us they only accept cash or USPS check.The next day when the moving people showed up they immediately started adding costs and telling us that things had to be moved in their boxes since our boxes were not up to their code. That was only a few hundred dollars.However, the real rub was when the inventory fellow told me that we had more inventory than was listed in our contract.Our contract listed 20 large boxes or 300 cubic square feet.A single large box is 4 cubic feet - which would allow us 75 large boxes. We had about roughly 35 boxes most of which were smaller. The fellow organizing the move told us that we would be way over 300 cubic feet and was estimating an additional $1500 for our move. I am glad we discovered this before they started loading the truck.Two days before our lease was up we had to call off the move.In the end we used a single Uhaul U-Box (257 cubic feet), with room to spare! We moved everything for less than the price of the original contract.If you do use these movers be sure to have every box and item on the contract, no open top boxes, and really no packing work for them to do at all - otherwise they will jack up the price the day of your move while you are left with no other option but to accept their "policy".

I came across All City Van Lines after being scammed out of my deposit from another moving company ( watch out people!) Anyway, I worked directly with Lisa and she offered the peace of mind that I needed from start to finish. Anytime I had a question, she made herself available to answer them. In terms of price, it was more affordable than some other moving companies I looked into. To be honest, I rather pay for good service and reputation ( I got that from All City). My movers came at the tail end of the moving slot time. I already had my items boxed so they were in and out. The crew members were nice. Once I got to my destination, the drop off crew came a few days earlier then discussed, which was a good thing! They reassembled my furniture and were out in 30 mins! After they left, I noticed my bike was damaged. I called the office and Diana was a saver. She was understanding and offered to pay to cover some of the damages. It took a couple of months to get my refund on that but she was still nice and kind. SO MANY SCAMMERS out there and I am happy to say All City Van Lines is NOT one of them!

This company was amazing! They were able to pick up and drop off in a little over 24 hours for a long-distance move. They were incredible! Diane was super responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend them for your moving needs!

this company was so easy to deal with. they were very informative, answered all my questions and provided excellent service. They moved me from New York from a 4 flight walk-up. No huff and no puff from the guys the company sent me. they worked and did it with no complaints. My place in Florida was easier to move into. From NY to FL they did an excellent job helping me get done what I needed done and all within my budget. I surely tipped the guys because I surely appreciated that it wasn't my back doing all the heavy lifting...

We were very pleased with All City Van Lines. The phone staff was wonderful, always available and answrmering all of our question thoroughly. At the time of our move; during the move in, the movers always showed up on time and work diligently in getting the job done. Everyone was just wonderful from the start of it all in New York until the very end in Georgia. We would recommend this service to anyone moving.

All City is great!! I Highly Recommend. I booked a move from NYC to Maryland with All City Van Lines in Sept 2020. I found them on ********** and called on Sept 25, and spoke with Lisa. I gave her a complete inventory of my stuff (1BR), and she gave me a quote of $2000. Further, I was up against a time crunch, and needed to be out of my old place by the end of the month (in 5 days), but couldn't move in to my new place until Oct 3. They were so flexible in working with me on the dates to make sure I was out in time, and then holding my stuff for a few days until we could arrange the move-in date. They came to pick up on the morning of the 30th, on time, and with 5(!) movers. They reviewed the quote and my inventory, and saw that it was as described, and we signed a contract for the quoted amount-- no **. It took them about 90 min to wrap and load my 1-BR apartment into their truck. Moving in to my new place was tricky, because it is a condo with rules, so I had to reserve a specific day and time to move in. Diana was really great in communicating and reconfirming the date of the move, and Lisa and Andre were so friendly and professional with the unloading of the truck. They were on time, and didn't attempt to adjust the contract-- once again, no **! All of my stuff was returned in the exact condition they picked it up in. My glass table and TV both came back in perfect condition. Andre even took a door off its hinge to get a sofa to fit through a doorway, and then put it back on for me. The key to a successful move is finding trustworthy movers, and booking directly with that moving company (DO NOT GO THROUGH A BROKER!), and giving them a *completely accurate* inventory in advance. If you book directly with All City Van Lines, and are very accurate with your inventory list, you can expect a friendly, communicative, professional, honest experience. tl;dr-- I highly recommend All City Van Lines because they communicated great, showed up on time, charged me what they quoted, and returned everything in great condition!

First of all. Do not believe their Phone Estimates, they will tell you it will be 1300 for your moving inventory. When they get to your house, they tell you that they need to add a couple of hundred dollars because of packing even thou they say it is free in their estimates. Then they tell you your items are too large so they need to include another 200 dollars, so you go from 1300 to 2200 in a matter of minutes and now you cant back out because you need to leave your old apartment. After that once you wait for the items to arrive, they will take 3 weeks, not from the day of pick up but the day that they ask you that you need to be ready, so you're hanging there in your new place with no furniture, having to buy an air mattress to sleep for almost a month. And they wont even reimburse you for the money that you have sent waiting for the delivery. DO NOT USE THEM! SO MANY HIDDEN FEES!!
