A/C has been out for like weeks now. I wanna buy shoes but it’s way too hot to even shop in the store. Staff is nice but damn, I feel for them for having to work in those conditions.

I love to shop in this Aldo and everyones customer service in there is always top tier but today I was very much flustered as it was scorching hot and made it very uncomfortable to even think, let alone shop, so I can imagine what the workers were going thru ad they have to stay in there for most of the day.. Please if you could have someone out to fix their AC as with the last couple of days being a scorcher outside I don't think it’s acceptable for anyone to work in those types of environments and conditions and I know you don’t want to lose customers.

Only making a higher rating because Paulette was helpful even in the horrible conditions they have her working. I would give 1 star but she def deserves 5. I came in to do an exchange and almost just left because it was at least 95 degrees in there, but couldn’t wait another day. Customers were walking in and out immediately because it so uncomfortable to shop & work, I don’t know how they’re doing it. It is very unsafe in this heat to be working like that with two little ac fans and a floor fan that’s just pushing more hot air. ALDO shame on you! Do better for your customers and workers!

Just went into Aldo Downtown Brooklyn. No Air conditioning for customers or workers. Just ridiculous in a heat wave Totally unacceptable...customers walking out as soon as they walk in.

I visited the Aldo store back in April to get a pair of shoes to go out for my cousin's birthday I ended up leaving with a bag necklace shoes and bracelet the shoe I think she was also the supervisor or manager I might be incorrect but either way she was amazing needless to say I did go for a pair of shoes but I was very happy with the experience after leaving I believe her name is d a r i e n e or d a n e n e I'm not sure I'm pretty sure you guys will have an idea of who it is I'm talking about I hope she gets her credit sorry it took so long I just found the QR code she gave me to leave a review from that day of my purchase.

I went to this location, the store hours online indicate they close at 8pm. I pull up at 7:30pm and they were already closed. And the store workers were also very rude about it.
Smh ALDOs do better. Please!!!

Brittany was extremely fashion forward and patient with me and my wife today i came in last minute and she made us feel so welcomed as she was helping her she was also showing me shoes she also helped my wife so well she made her show her the dress and gave her all the fashion tips and ideas she had in mind we only came in for my wife shoes and we ended up both leaving with shoes and my wife also got accessories to go with her dress such an amazing loving girl !.
