Wonderful rental experience with Miklos, he was very patient, helped me with his knowledge on gear and recommended the best equipment and budget for my shoot. On pickup and return Zander also wonderful customer service he set up and had all my rental ready for review and adjusted last minute request on the spot, also suggested best gear for my shoot. Thank you both, great experience, happy to return to Adorama rentals soon again.

Ordered a strobe bulb replacement TWO TIMES. Once from Adorama directly, once from Adorama AMAZON store. Both times they sent me the wrong item. I then had to spend my own money to return the item. Absolute clown show.

Worst rental house in NYC. Don’t go here if you want to start your day on time. Delivery are hours late, they are constantly missing pieces to their kits, monitors are extremely dirty and do not have the proper tie downs. It’s like they don’t even care and it shows. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This rental house is one of (if not) the best. Been using them for years but I do think they should train some of their employees to be a bit nicer. I shouldn't have to hear sighing or cursing over the phone when making adjustments to my order. Especially being a long time customer.

DON’T USE THIS RENTAL SERVICE!Adorama’s billing system is a joke. They weren’t able to complete my order and I won’t have my EQ in time for my production. They don’t have a front desk or any way to easily communicate with customers. You have to ring a doorbell outside and speak through an intercom..... I tried to pick up my order while waiting on the street for over an hour. Eventually they just told me they were closed.They have little to NO communication with their own billing dept. In fact, they told me to call adorama customer service WHILE I was at adorama?! When I did this, I was on hold the entire time- for over an hour- without being received. Staff was kind, but what is that worth if the company couldn’t complete my rental. Never using them again.
